简历:

曹军伟,男,博士,助理研究员(讲师),硕士研究生导师。先后获得哈尔滨工业大学和法国Université de Bretagne Occidentale双博士学位。主要从事海洋微生物菌种资源挖掘与利用、深海微生物环境适应性和海洋微生物胞外酶学研究,在深海微生物学领域有着浓厚的研究兴趣和良好的研究基础,2次担任大洋科考首席助理。已发表SCI论文20余篇,发明专利1项,并主持1项国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,骨干参与1项国家自然科学基金重大研究计划、2项国家自然科学基金面上项目和1项上海市地方院校能力建设专项。IJSEMMARGENBMSAB等多种期刊审稿人

研究兴趣及专长:

1海洋微生物菌种资源的开发和利用。深海是微生物菌种资源宝库,我们针对深海重要微生物类群,基于模拟原位培养、富集培养等培养技术,获取深海菌种资源,建立深海微生物菌种资源库。对重要的、有价值的微生物菌种资源进行开发利用。

2)海洋微生物胞外酶学研究。微生物胞外酶在海洋生态系统中发挥着重要作用。基于全海深保压采样设备和保压酶学测定系统,进行深海、深渊微生物胞外酶在原位条件下的酶活研究,直观揭示微生物在海洋生态系统中的重要作用。

3)深海嗜压微生物环境适应性研究。围绕深海、深渊和热液区等特殊生境微生物,开展微生物适应极端环境的特殊代谢机制、信号感应和转导机制研究,揭示相应生命过程和分子机制。
